Chocolate Malt Frosting

Chocolate Malted Whopper Cupcakes

This rich and creamy frosting has a nice chocolate malt flavor.

This recipe is adapted from the chocolate malted cupcake recipe posted over at Orangette:

Chocolate Malt Frosting

2 c (230 g) powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 c malted milk powder
9 tbsp butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp milk

1. Place the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and malted milk powder into a large bowl and whisk to break up any clumps. Add the butter and milk and beat until everything is smooth.
