Oatmeal Creme Pie Filling

Oatmeal Creme Pies

This fluffy filling is super sweet and has just a hint of butteriness.

This recipes is adapted from the oatmeal cream pie recipe
posted over at Une-deux Senses:

Oatmeal Creme Pie Filling

1 tsp hot water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
2 c (230 g) powdered sugar
2 c marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. In a small bowl, stir together the hot water and salt until the salt is completely dissolved. Allow the salt water to cool completely.

2. In a large bowl, beat together the cooled salt water, butter, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract until they are smooth.
