This simple glaze is sweet and glossy and has a tangy lemon flavor. I recommend drizzling it over some lemon poppy seed muffins or a lemon poppy seed sour cream pound cake. It also pairs well with gingerbread.
This recipe is adapted from the lemon drizzle cake recipe posted over at Butter + Cream:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp water
1 1/5 c (173 g) powdered sugar
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, water, and powdered sugar until they are smooth.
